Application for a Springcreek Chinook

Please copy the following list of questions and your answers into an email and send it to suezn11@aol.com.  There are no right or wrong answers but please give as much information as you feel will be helpful.   If you have already filled out an application for another breeder, feel free to forward it to us if you like, rather than filling out this one also.  You'll see that almost all Chinook owners will ask the same questions.

We do have some basic requirements for all homes.  You must have a fenced area of some sort.  This can be either a fenced yard or a smaller kennel run.  Let's face it, there are times when you want to put your dog out so you can mop the floor.  We will not place two littermates in the same home nor will we place Chinook pups in a home where there is another pup that has been there less than one year.  This is because we feel it is important that each dog be able to bond with its family and receive basic training before the next dog joins the household.
