PR Hurricane Elwa Taigi Rain
Taigi
has both a bright, alert, attentive side and a softer cuddly
side. He's aware of everything going on around him yet chooses
what he wants to react to and what he doesn't. Just because he
doesn't bark at everyone that walks past the house doesn't mean he
hasn't noticed. During his busy times he has places to go, people
to meet, and appointments to keep but in the evenings he's ready for
some downtime and cuddling. You can tell which mood he's in by
how he carries his ears -- when he's still and alert, one ear
is up, when he's moving or relaxed and just kickin' back around the house in
the evenings, both ears are softly laid back against his neck. Chinook ears are
one of their best features after all since they are very indicative of
mood. Taigi
is a medium sized male at about 65 pounds with a gorgeous traditional
Chinook head, broad chest, and an eye-catching red-gold coat. He has only been
in two conformation shows but has earned one win towards his UKC
championship. He has had one test-run in harness and performed
well. With a bit of practice, he might be a good scooter dog. Hopefully Taigi will be bred to UWP Ch. PR Springcreek's Stormrunner (Mocha, owned by Pam Chambers) December of 2006.
